Nice work for three. I've written a few trio pieces back in my high school years but alas, I cannot find a one save a few arrangements. Keep it up, and I'll try to find some of my quartets to submit.

I like the rhythm in the background, but the piece itself seems to lack substance, modulating only between the Gm and Cm chords. Try different additional modulations in it along with more variance in the rhythm and I think you'll be pleased with the results.
